Job Description

Our Enforcement Officers play a big part by removing untaxed vehicles on behalf of the DVLA.

Job Responsibility

  • Liaises with members of the public and give advice regarding clamping and fines
  • Advises the public on payment methods and other issues regarding enforcement action taken on their vehicle
  • Work alongside other agencies when required including Police DVLA and VOSA
  • Deals with enquiries from the public regarding enforcement action and ensures the relevant information packs are available
  • Ensures all vehicles and enforcement equipment is serviced and fit for purpose reporting faults to the Manager
  • Completes daily reports regarding activities

Requirements

  • Full UK Drivers License is ESSENTIAL
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Self Motivated
  • Customer Focused
  • Ability to work shifts
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be ideal but not essential
