8+ years’ PQE in debt recovery, civil litigation, or enforcement
strong leadership background – having built, managed, or mentored a team in a law firm setting
experience with complex, high-volume debt recovery, ideally across both commercial and public sector portfolios
confident handling enforcement actions, insolvency proceedings and pre-legal collections
excellent client relationship and file management skills
currently working at Senior Associate, Legal Director or Partner level
