As technology experts with strong C-level exposure, we design and deliver solutions across all energy sectors and along the entire value chain. Our unique value proposition lies in combining deep global technology expertise with the strategic perspective. Together with our clients and technology partners, we advance transformation in energy trading, optimize industry-standard solutions, and develop innovative digital platforms and analytics tools to enhance performance and enable effective performance management.

  • Create training materials and presentations for our consultants and provide tailored sales, service, and grid platform solutions
  • Develop and continuously refine best practices for delivery teams operating in the energy and utilities industry

Requirements

  • Successfully completed a degree in (Business) Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least two years of relevant experience in the implementation of energy utility solutions within an industrial company, software provider, or consulting environment
  • Experience with DevOps as well as release, environment, and test management
  • Both theoretical and hands-on experience in developing and configuring industry-standard energy utility software (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Powercloud, SIV, Wilken)
  • Initial experience working with sales, service, or grid system landscapes, including core systems, interfaces, and current trends in data landscape development
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills

What we offer

  • Attractive remuneration package and social benefits (e.g. pension and insurance package)
  • 30 days of annual leave and additional sabbaticals
  • Hybrid working from the home office and centrally located offices
  • Strong feedback culture and individual goal setting and evaluation of each employee
  • Continuous training through internal and external trainings as well as an annual budget for tailored individual training
  • Flexible working from other EU countries on up to 15 days per year
  • Modern offices with ergonomic workstations
  • Travel allowance and free parking at the office
  • Generous catering in the office (sieve coffee, lots of nerve food, weekly office lunch)
  • Flexible and highly discounted gym membership at Urban Sports Club
