Job Description:

We are currently looking for an Energy Originator professional to join our M Renewables Division in the UK. This unique opportunity is a perfect fit for an analytically sharp, structured and commercially minded professional who wants to be a key player in the energy transition, working alongside an experienced team of corporate professionals on corporate PPAs across Europe. Job Responsibility:

  • Tracking and analyzing PPA Market Trends in the UK, Ireland and Germany, including competitor activity, pricing and product structures
  • Supporting origination activities, including the promotion of new products with a focus on photovoltaic and BESS solutions
  • Assisting in preparing proposals, tender materials and client presentations for corporate PPA Opportunities
  • Supporting various team through contribution to scenario modelling and financial analysis for existing and new project pipelines across Europe
  • Helping develop and manage customer care initiatives within the origination team, aligned with the group's strategic goals
  • Preparing internal reports, market updates, and presentation materials for senior management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering or a related field
  • 2+ Years of experience in energy trading, renewable energy markets, or PPA origination, ideally in the UK and or other European markets
  • Strong analytical, and commercial skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Highly organized, structured and skilled at multitasking with a proactive, hands-on approach
  • Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables and macros as well as PowerPoint
  • Fluent English is required, German is considered a strong advantage
  • Candidates must have the legal right to live and work in the UK without restrictions
