Job Responsibility

Monitor and execute daily operations related to the retail energy portfolio in the Day-Ahead, Intraday, and Balancing markets

Support settlement and guarantee processes with market operators (ADMIE, DAPEEP, DEDDHE, EnEx)
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., MECS, Treasury) and external stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations
Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools and processes related to portfolio management

Monitor and manage associated payments in accordance with contract terms and company policies
Develop and track purchase orders
Support the management and quality of portfolio data
Attribute Management: Manage the tracking and reconciliation of renewable energy attribute credits that support Microsoft’s environmental claims
Work with counterparties and attribute registries to ensure full delivery of renewable energy credits across varied and complex contract structures
Tooling, Process & Reporting: Support the development and implementation of tooling and systems that enable scalable invoicing and attribute management
Develop analytics and management processes to optimize the operations of Microsoft’s renewable energy portfolio
Collaborate across internal teams to support operations functions such as supplier management
