We are looking for an experienced Energy Efficiency Data and Finance Specialist to join our hard working Retrofit team in Eastleigh on a permanent basis. You’ll work closely with colleagues across energy efficiency, sustainability, asset management, finance and external delivery partners to keep projects on track, compliant and financially sound. Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly
  • Experience working with finance processes, budgets or financial reporting
  • Confident using spreadsheets, databases and digital tools to manage and analyse information
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
  • A collaborative communicator who enjoys working in a positive, energetic team
  • Knowledge of housing, sustainability or retrofit is helpful but not essential
