ALFA LAVAL is a Swedish multinational company operating in Italy for over 140 years. The Energy Division (ED) is a strategic pillar of Alfa Laval Adriatic. The Adriatic Sales Company is looking for an Energy Divisional Manager based on our Monza Site to achieve our growth ambition for the coming years.

Job Responsibility:

  • Accountable for achieving and sustaining profitable growth for the Energy Division
  • Lead the formulation and execution of the divisional business strategy
  • Develop and nurture strong hunter profiles and mindset
  • Serve as a member of the Alfa Laval Management Team and the Southern Europe Cluster ED Management Team
  • Lead, develop, and secure a high‑performing divisional team (20 people)
  • Develop and implement the Adriatic strategy
  • Collaborate closely with central and regional ED business units
  • Analyze the market and define marketing and business strategies
  • Prepare sales forecasts and budgets
  • Design and develop an effective organizational structure
  • Lead the Sales teams
  • Develop, motivate, and coach direct reports
  • Promote and reinforce the “Be One” culture

Requirements:

  • Engineering bachelor’s degree or similar
  • 7+ years working as Sales Manager in managerial positions
  • Previous experience in an industrial company (O&G and Energy is an advantage)
  • Fluent in both Italian and English
  • Self-driven, visionary thinker with strong capability to anticipate market trends
  • Strong business acumen and strategic understanding
