Job Description:

As the Manager of the Energy department (3 CHPs), you are responsible for: - Supervision of structural and functional monitoring of installations; - Energy balance monitoring of energy production facilities; - Adjustment of technology process parameters and machine parameters; - Supervision of the efficiency of the process; - Cooperation with the Technical Department in terms of repair, maintenance and optimization of equipment performance; - Coordination of activities performed by technical services during repairs and maintenance activities; - The management of subordinate staff members' work, including leave, substitutions, and bonus application; - Training of subordinate staff members in activities related to the monitoring of product origin; - Monitoring of employees to make sure they hold required certificates and have completed obligatory medical examinations; - Supervision of activities carried out by subordinate employees to ensure their correctness; - Responsibility for organizing the work of subordinate employees.

Requirements:
