The Energy Control Coordinator (ECC) are an integral part to the success of the safety program and LOTO function in the Service LATAM South organization. As part of the key actions to be taken within the safety development program, we will be hiring and/or promoted internally two ECC for LATAM South Service Operations
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate with Supervisors and Lead Technicians during planned grid outages to establish safe LOTO procedures
Serve as the reference for LOTO activities within the organization
Provide electrical professional directives and internal support in electrical safety, turbine inspection, and High Voltage (HV)
Organize tools, training, and work procedures
Identify and address training gaps in LOTO for Service Technicians
Conduct site and warehouse inspections to ensure safe work procedures
Maintain documentation of technician qualifications
Administer all ESP and LOTO paperwork
Act as the focal point for Electrical Safety and LOTO programs
Develop and implement LOTO procedures and related activities
Requirements:
Completion of Lockout Level 3 training
Wind industry knowledge and experience
Availability for travel
Intermediate/Advanced English
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to coordinate internal processes and activities with HSE, Supervisors, Lead Technicians, Schedulers, ROE, and Customer Support
Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent (preferred)
Qualified Electrical Person with relevant education, knowledge, and experience
