The Energy & Outreach Specialist supports individuals and families experiencing financial or energy-related crises. This position provides hands-on assistance with emergency fuel and utility needs, promotes energy conservation, and helps community members with resources to foster economic stability.
Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related human services field or equivalent experience
Four years in human services preferred
Knowledge of human service systems, domestic violence issues, adult development, and Central Vermont’s service networks
Sensitivity to issues impacting individuals and families living in poverty
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Reliable transportation, valid Vermont driver’s license, and access to a home phone
