Job Description

We are seeking a highly capable Endpoint Management Administrator to manage and modernize enterprise endpoint environments across Windows platforms. This role focuses on device lifecycle management, software deployment, patching, and compliance, while driving efficiency through automation and modern device management practices.

Job Responsibility

  • Administer and maintain SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune environments
  • Manage device configurations, collections, compliance baselines, and co-management
  • Support Windows 10/11 endpoint environments
  • Package, test, and deploy applications using SCCM and Intune
  • Manage patch cycles using SCCM, WSUS, and Intune
  • Monitor deployment success and troubleshoot failures
  • Build and maintain imaging solutions, task sequences, and Autopilot configurations
  • Manage device provisioning, driver packages, and hardware refresh initiatives
  • Enforce endpoint security baselines and compliance policies
  • Support vulnerability remediation and audit readiness
  • Implement endpoint protection controls and standards
  • Develop advanced PowerShell scripts for automation and reporting
  • Leverage AI-assisted tools to optimize endpoint operations and workflows
  • Integrate APIs such as Microsoft Graph to automate provisioning and compliance
  • Provide Tier 3 support for endpoint-related issues
  • Monitor endpoint health, compliance, and performance metrics
  • Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–7 years of endpoint or systems administration experience
  • Strong expertise in SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune
  • Experience with Windows OS administration (Windows 10/11)
  • Strong PowerShell scripting skills
  • Experience with software deployment, patching, and OSD
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Nice to have

  • Experience with Autopilot and modern device provisioning
  • Experience with Azure AD / Entra ID integration
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
  • Experience with Group Policy (GPO)
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted automation tools
  • Experience using Microsoft Graph API for automation
