Job Description

Our team is seeking an experienced Endpoint Engineer to manage endpoint configuration, patching, and application deployment across a diverse enterprise environment. This role supports Windows, macOS, and Linux clients and partners closely with global IT, security, enterprise applications, and engineering teams.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage and support endpoint infrastructure across global user groups
  • Configure, image, and patch Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoints
  • Package and deploy applications using Intune/MEM
  • Troubleshoot hardware, operating system, and mobile device issues
  • Handle escalations from IT support teams and advanced user inquiries
  • Maintain up to date documentation, configuration standards, and endpoint policies
  • Support MDM strategy and help strengthen endpoint security posture
  • Collaborate with global IT, security, and engineering teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years managing enterprise endpoints across Windows, macOS, and Linux
  • Skilled in MDM strategy, image/patch management, and endpoint security tooling
  • Strong experience with Intune, configuration policies, compliance, and endpoint security (Defender for Endpoint)
  • Experience with Intune end to end, Jamf, VDI platforms (VMware, Citrix, AVD), and ManageEngine
  • PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration orchestration
  • Skilled in imaging, provisioning, patching, and lifecycle management at scale
  • Broad understanding of enterprise hardware standards, identity, and device governance
  • Strong documentation habits, communication skills, and experience working with global teams
