Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic Application Developer to join our Client-Side team. You will be responsible for developing, supporting, and maintaining various applications and tools in the environment. The role is essential to ensuring that internal IT Support teams have the tools necessary to troubleshoot everyday issues.

Job Responsibility:

Monthly emergency server patching shakeout, including the OS and select third party applications
Involvement in extended projects over the course of several months
Troubleshooting and resolution of complex endpoint environment issues
On-call not mandatory but occasional off-hours work may be required
Creation and implementation of automation to enhance and improve client management of 200,000+ endpoints

Requirements:

2–3 years of hands-on coding experience in C, C#, or C++
Solid experience in data management and querying using SQL
Proven ability to develop automation scripts using PowerShell and Python
Strong understanding of application development principles and the full software development lifecycle
Experience in backend database design, including schema creation, performance optimization, and integration with applications

Nice to have:

Familiarity with SCCM and a solid understanding of its core functions and capabilities
Experience working with web services and APIs
Prior exposure to ServiceNow or similar IT service management platforms
