Job Description:

These Permanent Full-time and Permanent Part-time (3 days/week) opportunities are for experienced and skilled Endorsed Enrolled Nurses. Based at Braeside Hospital you will be a part of a highly dedicated team that provides the best nursing care and advice to patients in our Rehabilitation unit.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure safe, effective and quality patient care
Provide nursing care and advice to patients in the Rehabilitation unit
Participate in all learning and development activities

Requirements:

Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
A passion to work in Rehabilitation
Ability to work a rotating roster
Experience or qualifications in the specialty or discipline
Experience in working with people of culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds and other language/ bilingual skills
Willingness to travel between HammondCare’s sites and services
Sound computer skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Empathy and patience
