Job Description:

Palliative care role based at Greenwich Hospital. Casual role for an experienced Endorsed Enrolled Nurse. We are a NSW Health-affiliated organisation with continuity of entitlements.

Job Responsibility:

To work autonomously providing holistic patient care
Works within scope of professional nursing practice
To be a leader within the team and promote the mission and mission in action

Requirements:

Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
A passion to work in Palliative Care
Ability to work a rotating roster
Experience or qualifications in the specialty or discipline
Experience in working with people of culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds and other language/ bilingual skills
Willingness to travel between HammondCare’s sites and services
Sound computer skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Empathy and patience
