Be flexible and able to commit to a range of shifts including weekends

Job Responsibility

Advise, support, educate and work alongside care staff to deliver quality care
Work closely with health professionals
i.e Allied health and Dental
Advocate for residents and families
Maintain, review and follow care plans
Administer Medications
Provide clinical and specialised nursing support and advice as required and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
Maintain and review clinical records (e.g. assessments, wound charts, care plans, progress notes etc) within the scope of the EN role
Ensure effective communication with the care staff and the Registered Nurses onsite
