Job Description:

Robert Half has a client in the Healthcare industry seeking an End User Support Specialist II. This will be a contract to permanent opportunity that will be onsite.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 - 5 years of IT support experience
  • Provide deskside support for an organization of over 500 end users within the corporate office
  • Research and resolve basic network (VPN, IP configs), hardware, and software application problems
  • Administer user accounts for Active Directory and other applications
  • Microsoft Office 365 admin portal experience: assigning licenses, creating mailboxes etc.
  • Support Windows 10/11 Environment
  • Troubleshoot peripheral hardware
  • Experience with MFA, SSO setups within Entra ID (Azure)
  • Experience supporting C – Level executives and management
  • Windows 10/11 support
  • Active Directory experience: create/delete users, manage GPOs etc.
  • Troubleshoot FTP issues
  • Troubleshoot network printer issues (Lennox, HP, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot VPN issues
