Job Description:

Robert Half has a client located in Austin, seeking an End User Support Analyst. If you are a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for working in an innovative environment, you will thrive in this position. This an End User Support position, which is a contract to permanent opportunity, is located in Austin.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide phone, webchat, and in-person support to end users and external vendors on a variety of Information Technology related issues
  • Research and resolve basic network (VPN, network printer), hardware, and software application problems
  • Document and track the details of the problem, both status and resolution, within the help desk tracking application
  • Communicates and follows-up with the user while working the problem and ensures successful and timely completion of the problem
  • Provide assistance with division office moves, computer refreshes and fill-in for division IT personnel on an as-needed basis
  • Administer user accounts for Active Directory and Office 365 suite including Outlook, Excel, etc.

Requirements:

  • Microsoft Office 365 application support experience: OneNote, OneDrive, etc.
  • Active Directory experience: create/delete users, password resets etc.
  • Azure Active Directory experience is a plus
  • Remote software: Bomgar, TeamViewer, or similar tools
  • Troubleshoot VPN issues – Cisco AnyConnect
