Job Responsibility

  • Provide daily technical support to business units and escalate unresolved issues to 2nd/3rd line teams
  • Administer and manage Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams
  • Configure, image, and stage laptops and desktop computers
  • Support unified communications systems including room systems and SaaS integrations
  • Monitor and enforce system security guidelines for clients
  • Manage email security, backups, and ancillary security systems
  • Maintain accurate IT equipment inventory and document incidents in the case management system
  • Take ownership of critical service issues and senior stakeholder communications
  • Evaluate, create, and manage automation scripts
  • Design and lead migration projects as technical lead

Requirements

  • 5–7 years supporting Microsoft 365 (Teams, EMS, Azure AD)
  • 3–5 years using Intune for endpoint management and security compliance
  • Experience with Active Directory and Azure AD identity management
  • Proficiency with SCCM, Microsoft Teams, and remote management tools
  • Knowledge of ITIL frameworks
  • Experience with Windows Server operating systems
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Security Solutions
  • Understanding of networking concepts and LAN/WAN technologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work on-call rotations including nights and weekends
  • College diploma, technical certificate, or equivalent experience
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate a plus
