Job Description

We are looking for an experienced End User Migration Technician to join our team on a contract basis in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, you will provide critical technical support for hardware and software installations, ensuring seamless operations for end users. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in computer hardware and associated technologies, paired with excellent troubleshooting skills.

Job Responsibility

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and associated devices to ensure optimal functionality
  • Provide technical assistance for Apple and Dell technologies, addressing user concerns and resolving issues efficiently
  • Perform cable installations and maintain proper connectivity for devices
  • Assist with hardware migration tasks, ensuring seamless transitions for end users
  • Conduct diagnostic tests and implement solutions to resolve hardware-related problems
