Key member of the property management team. Provide excellent service to our clients by handling the end of tenancy process. Negotiation between both tenant and landlord to deliver a satisfactory outcome for both parties. Work with the Property Managers and Maintenance team. A customer focused role requiring meticulous attention to detail and co-ordination.
Job Responsibility
Managing day-to-day maintenance requests – primarily following tenancy checkouts
Focussed with ensuring void period works are completed timely
Communicate clearly with End of Tenancy Property Managers to conclude deposit claims
Delivering a high standard of customer service
Understanding Landlord and Tenants responsibilities
Managing day-to-day telephone and email requests
Ensuring maintenance issues are logged and managed effectively
Taking responsibility for outstanding tickets
Dealing with conflict using strong negotiation skills
Working with contractors to ensure work is done timely
Ensuring safety certifications are checked
Working with Department Managers to hit core KPI's
Requirements
Property Management experience is ideal but not essential, it is preferable
Excellent customer services skills
Passionate about customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to relay information with confidence
Good attention to detail
Strong administration and coordination skills
A born multi-tasker
Pro-active 'can do' approach
Good team worker
Excellent time management, organisational and prioritisation skills
