Job Description:

Morson is currently recruiting an Enablement Support professional on behalf of our Aerospace Manufacturing client, to support a major production ramp-up. This is a hands-on role working closely with production teams, supporting new ways of working, driving continuous improvement, and helping remove operational blockers on the shopfloor. The role is ideal for someone with an operational or manufacturing background who enjoys project-based work, data analysis, and close collaboration across multiple business functions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support production ramp-up by implementing new ways of working and best practices
  • Provide project-based support to production areas within the facility
  • Ensure EHS and Airworthiness standards are met at all times
  • Drive Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People (SQCDP) improvements
  • Act as a key interface between multiple business areas
  • Provide lineside support to resolve production enabling issues and blockers
  • Liaise with facilities and maintenance teams to ensure adherence to SLAs and delivery requirements
