Job Responsibility:
Facilitate live onboarding sessions and early ramp activities for new Sales reps
Coordinate training schedules, manage attendance, and track completion
Support new hires during their first 90 days, ensuring milestone achievement
Administer assessments, monitor progress, and flag early performance risks
Maintain and update LMS (e.g., WorkRamp) content under guidance
Provide operational support across enablement projects and systems
Contribute to continuous improvements in onboarding delivery and logistics
Requirements:
Supported onboarding or training programs in a Sales, Support, or similar setting
Facilitated small group sessions with confidence and clarity
Used training systems (LMS, calendars, trackers) to manage logistics and reporting
Managed details across schedules, sessions, and communications with precision
Built strong relationships through clear communication and a team-first mindset
