Job Responsibility

  • Facilitate live onboarding sessions and early ramp activities for new Sales reps
  • Coordinate training schedules, manage attendance, and track completion
  • Support new hires during their first 90 days, ensuring milestone achievement
  • Administer assessments, monitor progress, and flag early performance risks
  • Maintain and update LMS (e.g., WorkRamp) content under guidance
  • Provide operational support across enablement projects and systems
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in onboarding delivery and logistics
