  • Quarterly tool training (AI tooling, Heap, Looker, and other core platforms)
  • Monthly peer learning sessions (lunch & learns, demos, decision-making clinics)
  • Biannual culture/ways-of-working workshops to reinforce values and collaboration
  • Lead Major Enablement Events
  • Design, facilitate, and execute R&D-wide events such as Product Kickoff and MYMU
  • Ensure events are not just operationally smooth but strategically impactful, with clear goals and measurable outcomes
  • Partner with leaders to align event content with organizational priorities
  • Drive Organizational Process Improvements
  • Identify and reduce friction in onboarding, tool adoption, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Build repeatable systems and documentation that scale across teams
  • Continuously improve processes to support faster ramp times, clearer alignment, and better decision-making

Requirements

  • 5+ years in technical enablement, learning & development, or a related role in a high-growth environment
  • Experience designing and facilitating learning programs at scale, including both synchronous and asynchronous formats
  • Strong examples that show how your work improved team outcomes
  • Ability to build technical learning content and dive into the details when needed
  • Strong collaboration skills and proven ability to partner with cross-functional leaders
  • Excellent program management and event facilitation capabilities
  • Creative and outcomes-driven approach to enablement—focused on building programs that are engaging, repeatable, and measurable
