Job Description:

We are hiring for an EMR Data Analyst and play a critical role in driving our data reporting and electronic health record (EHR) optimization initiatives! If you have a passion for healthcare data, analytical acumen, and a desire to work with EMR/EHR systems, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate across business and IT teams to manage EHR/EMR data retrieval, analysis, and reporting
  • Organize and communicate data findings to leadership, supporting strategic decision-making
  • Develop data solutions integrating multiple internal applications and platforms
  • Build and manage data reporting for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure timely daily, monthly, and quarterly uploads and submissions as required
  • Maintain strict data security standards and access controls
  • Deliver ongoing user support, training, and onboarding for EMR software
  • Participate in meetings, training sessions, and other initiatives as assigned

Requirements:

  • Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Access
  • Strong experience handling EMR/EHR data (Credible Behavioral Health preferred)
  • Demonstrated skills in data reporting, interpretation, and visualization

Nice to have:

  • Experience in healthcare data management or analytics
  • Proven ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
