We are looking for an experienced EMR Analyst to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This role focuses on analyzing electronic medical record systems to ensure optimal performance and alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and a deep understanding of healthcare systems.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide regular status updates to management as needed
  • Attend meetings and participate in committees as assigned
  • Engage in discussions with stakeholders, offering recommendations and solutions
  • Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude when working under deadlines or in high-pressure situations
  • Collaborate with IT teams and internal departments to identify and implement solutions for operational and technical needs
  • Analyze and resolve Level 1, 2, and 3 user-reported issues, ensuring timely feedback and corrective actions
  • Keep departmental documentation accurate and up to date
  • Perform application and integrated testing for assigned modules
  • Conduct testing in designated environments and validate results with end users
  • Participate in discovery sessions to assess organizational needs
  • Support integration with third-party applications when applicable

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • healthcare background preferred
  • Epic certification required or must be obtained within 9 months of hire
  • Previous experience with Epic Systems EHR build, training, and support preferred
  • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in demanding situations

Nice to have:

  • Master’s degree is a plus
