Job Description

The Employment and Pensions Division are looking for an Employment Tribunal Advocate. As demand for our work continues to rise nationally, you will play a key role in shaping and expanding our in-house advocacy practice. The role will focus on representing our clients in Employment Tribunal hearings across the Employment Tribunal centres. When not engaged in Employment Tribunal work, the role will involve working on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters. This may include general employment advisory work and drafting in relation to discrimination, whistleblowing, advising on reorganisation and redundancy issues and the application of legislation to routine employment law scenarios.

Job Responsibility

  • Represent clients in Employment Tribunal hearings across the Employment Tribunal centres
  • work on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters including general employment advisory work and drafting in relation to discrimination, whistleblowing, advising on reorganisation and redundancy issues and the application of legislation to routine employment law scenarios
