As an Employment Specialist with Connect to Work focusing on the Cotswold District, you’ll be at the heart of a dynamic programme that provides personalised, one-to-one support to individuals who need it most, empowering them to move into sustainable employment and build brighter futures.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work predominantly based in the Cotswold District (north and south) to support individuals from diverse backgrounds who face significant barriers such as disability and long-term health conditions to find and maintain sustained employment
  • Build strong relationships with participants, helping them identify suitable job goals through vocational profiling and personalised employment plans
  • Work closely with local employers and support organisations to create inclusive opportunities
  • Use knowledge of the local labour market to match people’s strengths with real job opportunities

Requirements:

  • Passionate about understanding the employment landscape of the Cotswolds and building relationships with customers, employers, and partner organizations
