Job Responsibility:
Work predominantly based in the Cotswold District (north and south) to support individuals from diverse backgrounds who face significant barriers such as disability and long-term health conditions to find and maintain sustained employment
Build strong relationships with participants, helping them identify suitable job goals through vocational profiling and personalised employment plans
Work closely with local employers and support organisations to create inclusive opportunities
Use knowledge of the local labour market to match people’s strengths with real job opportunities
Requirements:
Passionate about understanding the employment landscape of the Cotswolds and building relationships with customers, employers, and partner organizations
Brings creativity, initiative, and a strong sense of purpose to work
Customer-focused mindset
Solid understanding of employment policies and welfare services
Confident supporting people with health conditions, disabilities, or other barriers to work, whether through professional experience or lived experience
