Job Responsibility:
Employment tribunal litigation
Disciplinary and grievance matters
Drafting contracts, policies and settlement agreements

Requirements:
NQ to 1 year PQE, with strong training or post-qualification experience in respondent employment law
Commercially aware and client-focused
A confident communicator with excellent drafting and advisory skills
Proactive, organised and eager to develop within a high-performing team
