Job Responsibility:
Handling a great mix of employer and employee work including TUPE, redundancies, tribunal claims, contracts, and policies
Providing high-level advisory
Building your own profile through business development, seminars, and article writing
Requirements:
3–5 PQE with solid employment law experience
Confident handling tribunal matters and complex advisory work
A proactive, collaborative approach – someone who enjoys client contact and BD
