Job Responsibility

  • Advising both employers and employees on a wide range of employment matters, including settlement agreements
  • Managing Employment Tribunal claims from start to finish—drafting pleadings, preparing witness statements, advising on prospects, and attending hearings
  • Drafting contracts, handbooks and internal policies for clients across a variety of sectors
  • Delivering practical advice that balances legal precision with commercial awareness
  • Playing an active role in business development and client relationship management
  • Contributing to internal know-how, legal updates, and client training sessions

Requirements

  • A qualified Solicitor with 2–5 years' experience in employment law
  • Confident handling both contentious and non-contentious matters
  • Strong drafting and communication skills, with a genuine focus on client service
  • Someone who enjoys working as part of a team but is equally comfortable managing their own caseload
  • A proactive, approachable and solutions-oriented mindset
