Applications will be considered immediately from NQ solicitors with an employment seat and/or NQ solicitors with previous employment paralegal experience as well as an employment seat completed. The team covers all areas of employment law including TUPE transfers, unfair dismissals, providing HR advice to employers, employment tribunals, disciplinary, restrictive covenants, settlement agreements, exit packages etc.
