Employment Solicitor

• Advising an established portfolio of retained business clients
• managing a diverse Employment Tribunal caseload
• providing commercial, solutions-led advice on day-to-day HR and employee relations issues
• drafting bespoke contracts, policies, and HR documentation
• attending client premises
• delivering employment law training for managers

• 3 to 5+ PQE
• solid track record of handling Employment Tribunal matters
• experience advising employer clients on a retained or regular basis
• confidence to build rapport with a variety of clients and to deliver pragmatic, clear advice
• strong organisational and time management skills
• detail-focused, proactive approach, and a talent for thinking commercially
• full driving licence and access to your own vehicle
