Job Responsibility

Advising both employers and employees on a wide range of employment matters, including settlement agreements
Managing Employment Tribunal claims from start to finish—drafting pleadings, preparing witness statements, advising on prospects, and attending hearings
Drafting contracts, handbooks and internal policies for clients across a variety of sectors
Delivering practical advice that balances legal precision with commercial awareness
