Employment Solicitor

• Work on high-quality, meaningful employment law matters across sectors including health, local government, higher education, financial services, housing and commercial
• Handle a mix of contentious and non-contentious work—from complex Tribunal litigation to TUPE, redundancy, and advisory matters

• Solid experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment law
• Confident advising on policies, procedures, TUPE, restructuring, and employee relations
• Tribunal experience (advocacy a bonus, not essential)
• Strong client management and commercial awareness
• Public sector experience helpful, but not essential
