Job Description:

Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment is seeking an Employment Solicitor for an award-winning, legal 500 law firm in Manchester. The role involves managing a varied caseload consisting of both respondent and claimant matters.

Job Responsibility:

Work on a varied caseload consisting of both respondent and claimant matters
handle disciplinaries
handle grievance procedures
manage redundancy cases
assist with restructuring
address discrimination cases
tackle harassment cases
provide HR advice, seminars, and training.

Requirements:

At least 12 months experience as a Trainee within Employment law
is empathetic
has fantastic client care skills
refined attention to detail.
