Job Description:

An established and forward-thinking regional law firm is seeking an ambitious Employment Solicitor to join its growing team. With offices in Stratford-upon-Avon and Birmingham, the firm offers genuine flexibility, a collaborative culture, and a strong commitment to personal progression.

Job Responsibility:

Handle a predominantly non-contentious caseload
Strategic support and long-term relationship-building
Advisory work for employer clients
Senior employee matters

Requirements:

Solicitor qualified in England & Wales, with at least 1 year’s PQE in Employment Law
Comfortable working with employer clients in an advisory capacity
Excellent communication skills and strong commercial instincts
A proactive, team-oriented mindset
Genuine interest in business development and building client relationships
