Requirements:
Solicitor qualified in England & Wales, with at least 1 year’s PQE in Employment Law
Comfortable working with employer clients in an advisory capacity
Excellent communication skills and strong commercial instincts
A proactive, team-oriented mindset
Genuine interest in business development and building client relationships
