A qualified Solicitor with 2–5 years' experience in employment law
Confident handling both contentious and non-contentious matters
Strong drafting and communication skills, with a genuine focus on client service
Someone who enjoys working as part of a team but is equally comfortable managing their own caseload
A proactive, approachable and solutions-oriented mindset

Job Responsibility

Advising both employers and employees on a wide range of employment matters, including settlement agreements
Managing Employment Tribunal claims from start to finish—drafting pleadings, preparing witness statements, advising on prospects, and attending hearings
Drafting contracts, handbooks and internal policies for clients across a variety of sectors
Delivering practical advice that balances legal precision with commercial awareness
Playing an active role in business development and client relationship management
Contributing to internal know-how, legal updates, and client training sessions
