Job Description:

An established and forward-thinking regional law firm is seeking an ambitious Employment Solicitor to join its growing team. With offices in Stratford-upon-Avon and Birmingham, the firm offers genuine flexibility, a collaborative culture, and a strong commitment to personal progression. This is an exceptional opportunity for a commercially aware and personable Associate to work alongside experienced Partners in a team known for its high-quality work and impressive client base.

Job Responsibility:

Handle a predominantly non-contentious caseload, with around 75% employer-focused advisory work and 25% involving senior employee matters
Provide strategic support and build long-term client relationships
Collaborate with team members and share knowledge
Participate in business development and client relationship-building activities

Requirements:

Solicitor qualified in England & Wales, with at least 1 year’s PQE in Employment Law
Comfortable working with employer clients in an advisory capacity
Excellent communication skills and strong commercial instincts
A proactive, team-oriented mindset
Genuine interest in business development and building client relationships
