Job Responsibility:
Handle a predominantly non-contentious caseload, with around 75% employer-focused advisory work and 25% involving senior employee matters
Provide strategic support and build long-term client relationships
Collaborate with team members and share knowledge
Participate in business development and client relationship-building activities
Requirements:
Solicitor qualified in England & Wales, with at least 1 year’s PQE in Employment Law
Comfortable working with employer clients in an advisory capacity
Excellent communication skills and strong commercial instincts
A proactive, team-oriented mindset
Genuine interest in business development and building client relationships
