Our client, a long-established and friendly practice based in Sutton, is seeking a confident and client-focused Employment Solicitor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to handle a varied caseload of both claimant and respondent matters, with a strong emphasis on providing practical, down-to-earth legal advice to a loyal client base.
Job Responsibility:
Managing a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters
Advising clients on disciplinary procedures, contracts, grievances, redundancy, settlement agreements, TUPE, and Employment Tribunal claims
Working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, SMEs, and local businesses
Business development and building strong relationships in the local community
Requirements:
A qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE in Employment Law
Comfortable running your own caseload with minimal supervision
A confident communicator with a practical and commercial approach to legal advice
Previous experience in a high street or regional firm is preferred
