A prestigious law firm committed to providing exceptional legal services are currently looking to add an Employment Lawyer to their Legal 500 ranked firm. You'll have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in employment law and internal management.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and maintain a strong client following, showcasing your exceptional legal acumen and client-centric approach
  • Contribute to the firm's growth by actively participating in business development initiatives and expanding our service offerings
  • Assist with internal employment law policies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an employment solicitor, ideally with a following of clients
  • Expertise in handling a wide range of employment-related matters, including HR management and compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest legal developments and industry trends
