We are currently looking for an Employment Solicitor with up to 5 yrs pqe to join a dynamic team in Leeds, with the option for very flexible and hybrid working. Job Responsibility:
Advising clients on employment law matters including discrimination, unfair dismissal, TUPE, and employment contracts
Handling employment tribunal cases and providing strategic advice to clients
Conducting employment training sessions and workshops
Drafting articles and legal updates for publication
Engaging with clients directly
Working closely with the Leeds team and the wider firm to deliver outstanding service
Requirements:
Employment Solicitor with 1-5 years’ experience or NQ candidates with relevant exposure
A solid understanding of employment law, Tribunal procedures, and TUPE regulations would be ideal
Ability to work independently or support on larger matters and initiatives
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
