Job Responsibility:
Advising clients on employment issues
Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies and settlement agreements
Supporting on Employment Tribunal claims
Assisting with corporate support work
Contributing to client training, seminars, and marketing initiatives
Ensuring files are managed in line with internal procedures and compliance requirements
Requirements:
Qualified solicitor (or due to qualify shortly)
Up to 3 years' post-qualification experience in employment law
Strong interest in employment law
Confident and commercially minded
Comfortable working in a client-facing role
Keen to learn and take on responsibility
