Employment Solicitor

• Play a key role in supporting the continued growth of the practice

• At least 8 years’ PQE
• Experience gained at a reputable London or strong regional firm
• Confident managing matters with minimal supervision
• Comfortable engaging directly with clients
• Experience in drafting and responding to Employment Tribunal claims
• Experience in preparing witness statements and managing disclosure exercises
• Experience in advising clients strategically on contentious workplace issues
• Experience in running matters independently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
• Sound judgment
• Strong communication skills
• Confidence to contribute to client meetings and business development initiatives
