Play a key role in supporting the continued growth of the practice
Requirements:
At least 8 years’ PQE
Experience gained at a reputable London or strong regional firm
Confident managing matters with minimal supervision
Comfortable engaging directly with clients
Experience in drafting and responding to Employment Tribunal claims
Experience in preparing witness statements and managing disclosure exercises
Experience in advising clients strategically on contentious workplace issues
Experience in running matters independently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
Sound judgment
Strong communication skills
Confidence to contribute to client meetings and business development initiatives
