Requirements
A solicitor with ideally 2+ years' PQE in employment law
Experienced in Employment Tribunal litigation and contentious employment matters
Confident advising employer clients on complex HR and workplace issues
Commercially aware with strong drafting and client management skills
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a wider team
Experienced in supporting business development initiatives and mentoring junior colleagues
Excellent client management and communication abilities
A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
