Job Responsibility:
Provide expert legal advice on employment law matters to clients
Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts and related documents
Represent clients in employment tribunals and other legal proceedings
Advise on disciplinary and grievance procedures
Support clients with redundancy and restructuring processes
Stay updated on changes in employment law and regulations
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver comprehensive legal solutions
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements:
Qualification as a solicitor in Scotland
Proven experience in handling employment law cases
A thorough understanding of employment legislation and practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to manage a diverse workload effectively
A client-focused approach with attention to detail
