Job Description:

A leading boutique law firm in Leeds is recruiting for an NQ employment solicitor. The role offers exposure to a wide range of non-contentious employment matters and provides plenty of support and training. Key responsibilities include managing TUPE transfers, unfair dismissal cases, HR advice, employment tribunals, and more.

Job Responsibility:

Work on non-contentious employment matters
Handle TUPE transfers
Manage unfair dismissal cases
Provide HR advice to employers
Represent clients in employment tribunals
Address disciplinary issues
Work on restrictive covenants
Prepare settlement agreements
Handle exit packages.

Requirements:

NQ solicitor with an employment seat
NQ solicitor with previous employment paralegal experience
Understanding of TUPE transfers
Knowledge of unfair dismissals
Ability to provide HR advice to employers
Understanding of employment tribunals
Familiarity with disciplinary issues
Knowledge of restrictive covenants
Experience with settlement agreements
Familiarity with exit packages.

Nice to have:

Experience with a wide range of non-contentious employment matters
Passion for employment law.
