Requirements:
NQ solicitor with an employment seat
NQ solicitor with previous employment paralegal experience
Understanding of TUPE transfers
Knowledge of unfair dismissals
Ability to provide HR advice to employers
Understanding of employment tribunals
Familiarity with disciplinary issues
Knowledge of restrictive covenants
Experience with settlement agreements
Familiarity with exit packages.
