Job Responsibility:

Immerse in complex, high-value, and high-profile employment and discrimination cases
Engage in influential employment and trade union law work
Collaborate with the actors' trade union, Equity

Requirements:

3-6 years post-qualification experience in employment law
Proven track record in handling high-value and high-profile cases
Strong understanding and experience in discrimination law
Experience in employment and trade union law head office work
Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills

Nice to have:

A qualified solicitor with relevant accreditation in employment law
Proficiency in managing complex legal documentation and proceedings
Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion practices within the legal framework
