Job Description:

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor to join a highly regarded and well-established law firm based in Liverpool. This role is ideal for a solicitor looking to step into a more senior position or for someone already at that level who is seeking a clear and supported route to partnership. You’ll be working closely with a knowledgeable and approachable Partner on a broad employment caseload spanning both contentious and non-contentious matters.

Job Responsibility:

Managing a varied caseload of employment matters, including both contentious and advisory work
working closely with the Partner to support business development and client management
supporting junior team members as appropriate, with scope to take on leadership responsibilities
involvement in shaping the employment offering within the firm

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor with ideally 2–8 years’ PQE in employment law
experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
a team player with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
ambitious and driven, with a clear focus on career development
a genuine interest in contributing to a positive and forward-thinking team culture
