We are looking for a committed People professional to provide an effective, efficient and customer-focussed service to its employees across the University. Under the direction of the Employment Services Officer, you will undertake a range of People Administration services transactional activities, relating to any one of several broad process areas, namely: starters, leavers, changes, and absence.

Requirements:
CIPD qualified to level 5 or equivalent level of knowledge and experience in Human Resources
Collaborative team player who promotes a positive and customer-oriented attitude
Good computer skills with experience working with Excel, Word and MS Outlook, and People/Payroll systems
Experience working in a high volume transactional environment
Resilient when faced with multiple demands and can cope with shifting priorities and rapid change
