Job Description

Employment Pathways Advisor - On-Site. Part time. We’re looking for an Employment Pathways Advisor to connect people with a disability into meaningful employment. This is a recruitment-focused role, where you will support onboarding into Aruma’s Work Ready Program, Aruma’s Supported Employment or Open Employment within the community. Strong administration skills, efficiency in managing tasks, and excellent customer service skills are essential.

Job Responsibility

  • Build trust with applicants and families through clear, person-centred, and confidential communication
  • Facilitate workplace tours, interviews, and onboarding processes in line with NDIS requirements
  • Support our business and programs to understand each applicants support needs and role suitability
  • Manage administration for onboarding and recruitment, following processes and procedures and utilising a range of systems to ensuring accurate documentation
  • Engage with community partners, schools and attends events to source candidates and promote Aruma employment pathway opportunities
